Cedar Hill

A quintessential Central Park landscape, Cedar Hill’s sloping lawn dotted with rock outcrops and cedar and other evergreen trees is popular for picnicking, sunbathing, and relaxing.
On snowy days, visitors flock to the hill, which is regarded as the best for sledding in Central Park. Set into the bottom of the hill is Glade Arch, its name referencing the landscape.
